Expert Witness Testimony We have been appraising residential properties in Orange Couny since 1977. We are experienced in litigation support and expert witness services in Superior Court, the Lamoreaux Justice Center, the JAMS Judicial, Arbitration and Mediation Services, and Bankruptcy Court. Clients who have used our expert testimony services include legal and accounting firms, government agencies and financial institutions. An appraiser must remain unbiased in performing an appraisal of a property. We are not only precluded from advocacy but we are guided by a court-issued challenge to not only be impartial but to present the courts with market based estimates of value that are fair to both sides. We have seen these interrelateed guidelines bring us a steadily increasing percentage of our family law assignments as joint appraisals for both parties.
